Blend:
1 small banana (sliced)
1/4 c non fat plain yogurt
1/2 c soy milk
1/3 c blueberries
drizzle of honey
This tastes great - I should make this more often. I'm usually a yogurt and fruit morning person, but this is awesome. Next time I'll add a peach.
Such a gorgeous, gorgeous color!! I'd love a shirt this color, please... :-) I would love a smoothie, too, of course - I adore blueberry smoothies!!
