Sweet Potato Puree
In her short introduction to solid foods, this is Rebecca's favorite and quite simple to make - I just bake a sweet potato at 400 for 45-55 minutes, remove the skin, mash it, and add milk.
A friend asked why I named this blog No Animals Lots of Carbs vs. No Animals Lots of Veggies. Wish I could say I ate lots of veggies, but instead I cook and bake mostly carbs. And carbs are not your enemy! So...enjoy:)
