Rice and Curry Dish
Although this is a bit of a repeat, this time I used brown rice instead of quinoa, and I added yellow raisins, broccoli, baked tofu, yellow onion and garlic to the pot. Delish:
A friend asked why I named this blog No Animals Lots of Carbs vs. No Animals Lots of Veggies. Wish I could say I ate lots of veggies, but instead I cook and bake mostly carbs. And carbs are not your enemy! So...enjoy:)
Mmmm, I love how you put raisins (and yellow raisins, too! Even better!) in your curries... Perfection!
