Weekend Eats
A few favorites:
Cheddar cheese, sliced tomato and avocado on whole wheat toast!
Dip for chips or crackers -- though I could eat this with a spoon: 1/2 avocado (chopped); 1/2 tomato (diced); 1/4 white onion (minced); 1 T garlic - stirred
A friend asked why I named this blog No Animals Lots of Carbs vs. No Animals Lots of Veggies. Wish I could say I ate lots of veggies, but instead I cook and bake mostly carbs. And carbs are not your enemy! So...enjoy:)
Ah, there's nothing like tomato sandwiches... :-) *dreamy sigh* :-)
