Pink Applesauce
Yesterday I chopped up seven apples (I did not peel the skin off) and put them in a pot, added 2/3 c water and 1 t cinnamon and let it simmer with a lid on for about 45 minutes. Then I mashed the mixture and voila: applesauce.
Ahhh, you read my mind about applesauce... :-) Yay for making applesauce with the skins on! :-) Your applesauce looks incredible... So perfectly smooth-chunky... YUM... :-)
A friend asked why I named this blog No Animals Lots of Carbs vs. No Animals Lots of Veggies. Wish I could say I ate lots of veggies, but instead I cook and bake mostly carbs. And carbs are not your enemy! So...enjoy:)
